We worked with Eric Khorshad and had a fantastic experience with Creed’s application, lease signing and move in process. My roommate and I had the ability to process our applications and sign the lease remotely with DocuSign, which made it much easier given that my roommate was in California at the time. All initial payments could easily be paid for and split on their online payment system, which made it much more convenient and secure given that we were operating remotely. When move in day arrived, the unit was prepped and waiting, and Creed ensured that the superintendent was ready to service any initial apartment inquiries for us. Excellent experience!
